These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by ALL WEB VISION including domain registration, web hosting, email services, and SEO. By purchasing any service, the client agrees to these terms.

  • All Web Vision is owned and operated by All Web Vision. These terms apply to all services provided.
  • By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • By using our services, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into an agreement with us.
  • All services must be paid in advance unless agreed otherwise.
  • Payments once made are non-refundable.
  • Renewal services (domain/hosting/email) must be paid before expiry date.
  • Late payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the rights of others.
  • Disrupt, interfere with, or harm the operation of our services.
  • Upload or introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful elements.
  • Domain once registered is non-refundable.
  • Client is responsible for providing correct information.
  • Domain name registration is subject to availability and the rules of the respective domain registry.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of registration details and for renewing your domain before it expires.
  • AllWebVision is not responsible for any loss resulting from domain expiration, suspension, or deletion due to failure to renew.
  • You agree to comply with ICANN policies and all other applicable registry policies.
  • Hosting uptime depends on server provider; we try to maintain maximum uptime.
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to technical failure, hacking, or third-party issues.
  • Hosting plans are provided as-is based on the specifications shared on our website or agreed upon separately.
  • You may not use our hosting services for:
  • Sending spam or bulk unsolicited emails
  • Hosting or distributing malware or harmful content
  • Illegal activities such as phishing or identity theft
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting accounts that violate our policies or show unusual activity.
  • Users are solely responsible for creating and maintaining their own daily backups of Website & Email data. All Web Vision does not provide backup services and will not be held liable for any data loss or inability to recover data under any circumstances.
  • Email setup will be done as per selected plan.
  • We are not responsible for email delivery issues caused by spam filters or third-party servers.
  • Email services are provided via standard hosting control panel or third-party tools (e.g., business email platforms).
  • You agree not to use the email service to send spam, threats, or misleading content.
  • AllWebVision is not responsible for any loss of emails due to user actions, third-party filters, software conflicts, or service interruptions
  • Email storage quotas must be adhered to; exceeding limits may lead to deletion of old messages.
  • Client must maintain backup of their email data
  • Web development projects will follow a mutually agreed scope, timeline, and milestones.
  • Clients must provide all necessary content, branding assets, and feedback within agreed timelines.
  • 60% advance payment is required before the start of work. This advance is non-refundable.
  • Additional features beyond the original scope may be chargeable.
  • All Web Vision retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
  • Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all content, images, logos, and other materials provided do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks. All Web Vision shall not be held liable for any copyright or trademark issues related to the content provided by the client.
  • SEO results depend on many factors; no guaranteed ranking or traffic is promised.
  • SEO is a continuous process and results may take time (3–6 months or more).
  • We follow ethical (white-hat) SEO practices only.
  • SSL Certificates are issued only after successful domain and business verification, depending on the type of certificate.
  • Once issued, SSL certificates are non-refundable.
  • The validity of an SSL certificate depends on the package selected and requires timely renewal.
  • We are not responsible for delays in issuance caused by incorrect or delayed documentation.
  • Provide accurate information and required content on time.
  • Not use services for illegal, spam, or harmful activities.
  • Maintain login credentials securely.
  • Personal details: Name, phone, email, address
  • Service-related information: Domain names, support requests
  • We may share data with domain registrars, and hosting providers as required.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if

  • Payment is not received
  • Client violates terms
  • Illegal or harmful activity is detected
  • Non-refundable once registration is completed.
  • We are not liable for any business loss, data loss, or downtime.
  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
  • Support will be provided during working hours only 10 Am to 6 pm only.
  • Response time may vary depending on issue complexity within 12 to 48 hrs reply will be given.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be applicable immediately.

These terms shall be governed by laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Bhayandar / Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Email Solutions – Terms of Service (TOS) Clause


Data Responsibility & Backup Disclaimer

We provide business email solutions as per standard service configurations. However, we do not take responsibility for any loss of email

data, deletion, corruption, unauthorized access, or service interruptions due to server issues, user errors, hacking, or other technical failures.

It is the client's sole responsibility to regularly back up all email data. We strongly recommend taking daily or periodic backups of your email communications and attachments to ensure data security.


Our company does not provide data recovery services unless explicitly included in your plan. Any request for data restoration, if possible, may incur additional charges. By using our email services, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.


Business Email Terms of Service (Powered by ResellerClub)


1. Service Overview


This Business Email service is offered via ResellerClub (a division of Endurance International Group). We act as a reseller and provide you access to ResellerClub’s email infrastructure.


2. Scope of Support

  • We assist with basic setup like DNS, MX, SPF, and login.
  • All backend server functionalities, deliverability, spam filtering, and uptime are managed by ResellerClub.
  • We are not responsible for internal server issues, spam blacklisting, or email data loss.


3. Data Backup & Loss Disclaimer

  • You are solely responsible for regularly backing up your email data.
  • We and our provider (ResellerClub) are not liable for any data loss, misdelivery, deletion, or corruption of content.


4. Usage Policy

  • You must not use this service for spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any illegal activities.
  • If ResellerClub or legal authorities report abuse, your account may be suspended or terminated without notice.


5. Billing and Renewal

  • All services are prepaid and non-refundable.
  • Timely renewal is your responsibility. Expired services may result in data loss or service interruption.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide this service “as-is” and “as available.”
  • We shall not be held liable for:
  • Loss of business, profits, or data
  • Email delivery issues (e.g., emails going to spam)
  • Downtime caused by ResellerClub infrastructure


7. Termination of Service

  • We may terminate or suspend your email services if you breach these terms or misuse the service.
  • ResellerClub reserves the right to suspend services for violations of their own Acceptable Use Policy.

Web Hosting Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Service Scope

We provide Linux/Windows-based shared, reseller, VPS services. Hosting resources (CPU, bandwidth, storage) are subject to fair usage as defined by our upstream provider (e.g., ResellerClub).


2. Account Setup and Access

  • Account setup begins upon receipt of full payment.
  • You are responsible for the security of your cPanel/WHM or Plesk login credentials.
  • We do not guarantee service if incorrect login details are shared or unauthorized access occurs.


3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree NOT to host content or run operations involving:

  • Phishing, malware, or illegal downloads
  • Adult content, hate speech, or abuse
  • Bulk mailing or unsolicited email (spam)
  • CPU-heavy scripts or abusive cron jobs

Violation may lead to suspension or permanent termination of hosting without refund.


4. Data Responsibility

  • You are fully responsible for taking regular backups of your website, files, and databases.
  • We do not guarantee restoration of lost data unless you have subscribed to our Backup Plan.
  • In case of data loss from our server or your end, we are not liable.


5. Billing & Renewals

  • All services are billed annually/monthly and must be renewed before expiry.
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to expired services.
  • Hosting payments are non-refundable once the service is activated.


6. Support Policy

  • We provide support for:
  • DNS and Nameserver setup
  • Email configuration (basic help)
  • cPanel/Plesk technical issues
  • We do not support custom code/scripts, third-party apps, or website development issues unless contracted.


7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend your hosting account if:

  • Resource abuse or malicious activity is detected
  • Invoices are unpaid beyond the due date
  • There is a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy

We reserve the right to terminate service permanently in case of repeated violations or legal complaints.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Website Downtime
  • Business Loss or Loss of Revenue
  • Hacking or Attacks on Your Website
  • Delay in Somain/Hosting Propagation

All Web Vision reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly for any updates.
