Data Responsibility & Backup Disclaimer

We provide business email solutions as per standard service configurations. However, we do not take responsibility for any loss of email data, deletion, corruption, unauthorized access, or service interruptions due to server issues, user errors, hacking, or other technical failures.

It is the client's sole responsibility to regularly back up all email data. We strongly recommend taking daily or periodic backups of your email communications and attachments to ensure data security.

Our company does not provide data recovery services unless explicitly included in your plan. Any request for data restoration, if possible, may incur additional charges.
